After a long break from game development, Octobear Studios is proud to announce 1-Bit Space is now out. A cozy clicker game all about returning colour to an endless, grey, universe. Click to earn coins, use them to research new technologies, make contact with alien life, and follow them deeper into the universe! 1-Bit space is a game I've been kicking around for a little over a year before I really settled on what I wanted it to be. Setting myself the ambitious task of releasing it before the clock stuck midnight on New Year's Eve, I'm happy to say that version 1 was indeed released 31/12/2024. A bug fix or two was required however so as of today version 1.1 has been released featuring a fix for a visual glitch that happens when clicking on the wormhole.
